Frequent Questions

Our process is streamlined so that it is not necessary to log in or register before ordering. However, if you choose to log in or register prior to ordering, we are able to provide a more personal ordering experience. You will need to log in to access your account information. To log in, enter your email address and password and click "GO?.

How do I order?

  • Select Order Option Required

    If you select the delivery option, you will be prompted to enter the delivery address applicable to your location. Kindly ensure that all required fields have been filled in to ensure a speedy delivery. We need this information at the start of the order so that we can determine that we deliver to your area.
    If you choose to collect / pickup order, you will then be prompted to select the applicable location.
  • Schedule Your Order

    Following your selection of either the delivery or the collection / pickup options, you will then be asked to schedule your order. We need this information so that we can determine whether the location is open at the time you'd like your order. Select the date from the drop down list box, and then select the time. If no date or timeslots are shown in the drop down box, then no online orders can be processed for your selected day.
  • Order Your Items

    Our menu is now displayed. You can select the menu categories by clicking on the menu headings. The selected menu category items are shown in the center of your screen. To view the information about the items, you can either click on the menu item image (if available), or the menu item name.
    • This will show the item and allow you to modify as required. There may be item size, additional items, and various other item-specific questions. 
    • If you would like to add the item to your order, click "Add to Order".
    • If you would not like to order this item, click "No, thanks".
    • To update the quantities, change the quantity as required, and click on "Update Quantities".
    • To delete an item, change the quantity to zero and click on "Update Quantities".
    • To cancel your order, click on "Cancel Order".
  • Check Out

    The "Checkout" button will be displayed when you have met our minimum order criteria. When you are ready to checkout, click the "Checkout" button. If you need to add additional items, you are able to go back to the order, or add an item from the "additional items" page.
  • Log In

    If you have not already logged in, a screen will be displayed so that you can log in or register at this time.
  • Enter your Contact Details

    You will be prompted for contact details where you can be contacted at the time of scheduled order if required.
  • Order Payment

    The order payment screen is then displayed. Select your method of payment from the drop down list, and click "Add Payment".
  • Place Your Order

    Your order is then displayed. Your order will not be placed until you click the "Place Order" button.
  • Is there a minimum order value?

    The minimum order value is listed on the ?Schedule Your Order? page under the Order Detail, and may vary according to location.
  • Why is there no "Checkout" button?

    The "Checkout" button will appear once your order has reached the minimum order value, or you have ordered at least one item, whichever is applicable.
  • Why do I need to enter my address before I place my order?

    We have to establish that your order can be delivered before you place your order. We use your address to tell us that you are within our delivery area. We use the scheduling information to determine whether our location is open at the requested time.
  • Is my information secure?

    Yes! All your details, including your credit card details, are encrypted using industry-strength security and transmitted over a secure link to our servers.
  • Can I pick up / collect my order?

    Yes, if the option is available on the Online Ordering Home Page.
  • Will I be able to pay in cash for my order?

    All payment options are shown at checkout and if cash is accepted then this will display as an option.
  • Will I be able to pay by credit card?

    All payment options are shown at checkout and if credit cards are accepted then this will display as an option.
